Choosing a therapist is deeply personal. Research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship between us—feeling safe, respected, and understood without having to "perform" or explain every cultural or workplace nuance—is at the heart of effective therapy.

Psychodynamic Insight
Often, the ways we learned to protect ourselves or earn approval earlier in life stop serving us as adults. We gently notice how past experiences and unconscious patterns show up in your present-day relationships, work, and self-talk.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I have spent almost 20 years working in the global technology sector managing people-focused programmes, partnering closely with senior leaders, supporting international teams, and serving as a workplace and parenting coach and mentor.
Because if you work in a demanding, fast-moving environment—or if you are the person everyone else relies on to keep things running smoothly in complicated caring roles —you won't have to spend your sessions explaining the culture of relentless demands, constant change, imposter feelings, or the invisible load of juggling career and family across cultures.
Having navigated multiple career and life transitions myself and supported people through growth, burnout, caring responsibilities, and uncertainty, I hold a core belief in my practice: meaningful change happens when we understand ourselves, explore what we might be moving towards, and identify what change we are trying to make.
Above all though, I am an advocate for accessible therapy to all. I believe that mental health should be accessible to everyone, regardless of your background, identity or physical abilities. Seeking therapy is a profound step toward healing and I am deeply committed to removing the barriers that society so often puts in the way of care. No matter your starting point, you will find a welcoming and inclusive space here designed to meet you exactly as you are.
